Well, some of the items we import, others are available here and others we need to make using local ingredients. Carne seca, queijo minas and queijo coalho for example, we make using local milk and meat but in the Brazilian way.

Of Course it is real Feju !!!! …………….and REAL Caipirinha!!!
Some of our products are imported (guarana, farinha), others are local (limes and sugar for caipirinha) and the Brazilian cheeses (queijo Coalho and Minas) we make using local milk but with Brazilian coalho.
